Carnegie Museums of Art & Natural History 2024
***TICKET REQUESTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

• Only unguided tours are currently available.

• Lunchroom space for packed lunches may be available on weekdays, September through April, but is not guaranteed. If you need lunchroom space, please list it in the notes of your ticket request, and if approved you will be provided with a lunchroom name and time on your ticket approval notice. Reserved space is not available May through August, or any weekends throughout the year.

• Maximum group size of 100, groups must travel throughout the Museum in sub-groups of 10 or less.

• While the Museums have a mandated ratio of 1:5 (one adult for every five children) for preschool through kindergarten age children, and 1:10 for 1st grade and up at the museum, WE STRONGLY REQUEST that Tickets for Kids Groups maintain a ratio of 1:5 at all times to ensure we continue to have a positive relationship with the Museums and can continue to receive tickets.

Upon arrival groups are required to break into sub-groups of 10 or less. These groups will exit their arrival vehicle(s) and enter the building through the rear entrance attached to the parking lot in a staggered fashion to avoid build up in the lobby (if arriving on foot, you may enter the main lobby).

• There is now timed ticketing. Groups must arrive at their designated time to gain entry.
