Ticket Delivery Method:
Mobile E-Tickets - Tickets are MOBILE ONLY via the D.C. United FC app. Attending chaperone(s) MUST have a smartphone in order to access the tickets for entry. Tickets will be transferred to your agency’s main contact via the DC United FC-specific Ticketmaster from Tickets for Kids Charities. You MUST then transfer tickets to the attending chaperone(s) PRIOR to the game. After accepting, attending chaperone(s) can ONLY access tickets by signing into the D.C. United FC app using the same email address that accepted the transfer. When you receive the transferred tickets, follow the instructions in the email notification to accept and manage your tickets.
